Testing Algorithm:
If ANA screen is positive, then anti-Sm, centromere B, chromatin, ds-DNA, Jo 1, ribosomal protein, RNP, Sm-RNP, SS-A, Scl 70, and SS-B will automatically be performed at an additional charge.

Specimen Requirements
Draw blood in a plain, red-top tube(s) or a serum gel tube(s). Spin down and send 0.5 mL of serum.
