Submit an unformed stool specimen in a clean, leak-proof container.
Specimen Stability Information
Maximum storage for specimens is 5 days refrigerated.
Reject Due To
Formed, Solid, or Frozen stools will be rejected.
Reference Values
A NEGATIVE result will not be repeated in a 7 day period.
A POSITIVE result will not be repeated for 14 days.
All POSITIVE results will be called to provider.
